DRUG TESTING
MISSION STATEMENT
To establish a Drug-Free Workplace Program (DFWP) within the Government of Guam, pursuant to Executive Order No. 2025-03. It is the policy of the Government of Guam to provide a workplace that is safe, secure and supports the health, well-being and productivity for all employees. Being impaired by drugs or alcohol while on duty or at the workplace poses a significant risk to employees and the public. In order to promote this policy, the Government of Guam prohibits the manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, and use of any controlled, intoxicating or hallucinogenic substance, such as cannabis and alcohol in any Government of Guam work site, office, or workplace.
