FY2023 Government of Guam Group Health Insurance (GHI) Program

The Government of Guam is accepting proposals from interested health insurance companies licensed under the applicable Guam laws, to provide group health insurance coverage for eligible Government of Guam active employees, retirees, survivors, their covered dependents and foster children under the legal custody of the Child Protective Services Division of the Department of Public Health and Social Services. Potential Offerors are advised to download the entire FY2023 Group Health Insurance RFP and its attachments. If you want to find out how many questions you answered correctly, you will need to wait until you receive your Final Notice of Rating which will be mailed out some time after all testing has been completed.

Hafa Adai! Please see the following information regarding the FY2022 Government of Guam’s Request for Proposal (RFP) for Actuarial and Consultant Services:

 

Pursuant to Title 4, Chapter 4 of the Guam Code Annotated, Section 4301, the Governor of Guam is authorized to enter into contracts and reject proposals with one or more insurance companies for group insurance including but not limited to hospitalization, medical care, life and accident. In connection with such group benefits, the Government of Guam (Government) is accepting proposals from interested actuaries or other recognized experts in health and life insurance benefits for the purpose of providing actuarial consultant services for the Government’s health and life insurance programs.

 FY2022 Government of Guam Group Health Insurance Program

DOA/HRD/EB-RFP-GHI-22-001

 

The Government of Guam is accepting proposals from interested health insurance companies licensed under the applicable Guam laws, to provide group health insurance coverage for eligible Government of Guam active employees, retirees, survivors, their dependents and foster children under the legal custody of the Child Protective Services Division of the Department of Public Health and Social Services. 

 

Potential offerors are advised to download the entire FY2022 Group Health Insurance RFP and its attachments. Please refer to all requirements and instructions in the RFP, to include the deadline dates. Please click on the file and save to yout location of choice.
